Rising atop Ponsonby’s College Hill, PoP is a new precinct consisting of high-end apartments, premium commercial, luxury retail, and hospitality offerings. The latest project from developers Urban Collective, they approached the Brave team to create the name, identity and marketing collateral for this upscale destination.

Pompallier on Ponsonby, the exclusive residences within the precinct, required an identity separate to that of PoP, while still complimenting the overarching brand. These spaces embody quality, a blend of heritage and modernity, with a sense of opulence; reflected in the identity with a custom typeface - created in collaboration with typographic studio, Monolith. Paired with minimalist design and meticulous finishing touches, we aimed to create a visual and tangible representation of the promises Pompallier on Ponsonby holds.

Such high-end residences required a marketing document that exuded the same level of refinement; our brief was to design something that would look and feel at home on any coffee table within the apartments themselves. We let the images do the talking, crafting a minimalist design which showcased a combination of beautiful type, impressive renders and thoughtful print finishes. This editorial style flowed through the website and subsequent marketing materials.
